Known as the Mimosa Valley, this Madeira levada is an easy path that allows you to enjoy some of the most beautiful views over the valley of Machico and the southern east coast. Walking along the Madeira levada one can see farmers at work, typical houses the beautiful yellow scenery with the perfume of the mimosas in the air and fantastic views along the route.
